This recommendation is truly one of the best I’ve received so far. It requires consistency and a bit of organization, but it’s really great!!! I’m not able to fulfill everything perfectly, and honestly, I haven’t fully embraced everything yet, but I’m striving more and more, and I’m sure that one day I’ll absorb and apply everything!!!!
The smoothie is great for me, although I’m still in the process of getting some supplements (magnesium). Everything is great for me, and with it, I’ve experienced for the first time in my life what it means to derive energy from fats!! I have the smoothie at 6:30 in the morning, and I’m not hungry until 12:30 when I have lunch!!! There’s no sugar fluctuation, and when you feel hungry, it’s a ‘normal’ hunger without restlessness!!! Citophyte and the warm morning lemon water are my old friends!!!!
I’m in the process of getting all the preparations; it’s hardest to get everything at once, but I’ll manage!!!
I’m really interested in liver cleansing! Could you please tell me how much those preparations cost and how they are conducted? Can I do the cleanse now, or is it better to wait until I’ve completed the full month and the entire meal plan?
I also wanted to ask for your opinion regarding iodine. I assume it’s better for me to stop taking it and continue with half a tablet of Athyrazol per day as recommended by my doctor?
I kindly ask you to send me the inquiries for jogging yoga, even though I think I practiced it a long time ago (the best period of my life!! :)), I just didn’t call it that. An hour a day in the forest with conscious breathing, and I really felt, after a short time, the flow of energy, as if I could follow it!!!!

I want to tell you that after our conversation, I feel like a new person and everything is easier for me now; I have a better relationship with my husband, and somehow, I’m calmer and more content.
At the beginning of 2012, I was diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases. Since then, until 2016, a lot has happened, but the desire to find someone who will have an individualized and, of course, professional approach to everything happening to me still remains. Encouraged by this, and thanks to the internet and my mom reading women’s magazines, I came across Dr. Meri. We start with a pleasant conversation; I introduce her to my thoughts, attitudes, and right from the start, she manages to lead me to some “a-ha” moments. I came to Dr. Meri because of hypothyroidism, which led to elevated cholesterol and sugar levels.
I wasn’t satisfied with conventional treatment, because despite the regular medication I was taking, I could see that my condition was actually worsening.
I looked for some alternative method on the web, but I wanted it to be conducted by a doctor with a solid knowledge of medicine. I found the Mulier method developed by Dr. Meri Bura. Already in the first phone contact, I felt the peace and ease with which Dr. Meri communicates and understood that she actually lives her method.
I asked her what results I could expect, and she replied that it depends on my consistency in implementation.

I came across Dr. Bura accidentally, and since nothing is truly coincidental, I knew right away that she was sent for a reason.
At that time, I felt like everything was falling apart. In the first 6 months of 2016, I had some kind of inflammation every month. Pus-filled tonsillitis, fungal infections, bladder inflammation, sinusitis, and so on. I had successfully dealt with all of these naturally if I reacted in time.
However, the last pus-filled tonsillitis ended with antibiotics, and it was really bad. After that came the fungal infection, and there seemed to be no end to this vicious circle. But my biggest issue for years has been PMS and disruptions in my menstrual cycle.

I came to Meri because of depression; I was listless and unhappy. I used to wake up with tears in my eyes and heaviness in my heart every day.
