Which factors of today’s lifestyle contribute the most to deteriorating health?
Ignorance. We have too much information but too little knowledge and practice.
What we do daily within our families shapes our health, primarily through nutrition.
Diet isn’t just a specific regime or the content, but rather the form, the manner.
This means whether we have some order in our behavior while eating.
If you believe you have health issues, it’s certain that you lack order and discipline in your diet.
Here are a few tips that might help: drink plenty of fluids and eat lots of fruit in the morning. Consume meat or vegetable soups daily. Never drink after a meal. Avoid rice and pasta for dinner.
Opt for a small amount of nuts instead of cake. Avoid frying, steam, boil, or bake food (preferably without oil).
Learn that the body requires detoxification – daily, weekly, monthly, annually.

How can one resist the negative aspects of modern life and maintain good health?
Through knowledge. And by surrounding oneself with people who care equally about health.
What would you emphasize as good foundations or necessary prerequisites for health and contentment?
The essential foundation of health is emotional well-being. It shapes our character, and our character shapes our life decisions and destiny.
Just as it’s inside us, it’s upon us, meaning what we feel and how we feel is visible on our bodies. Even a layperson can distinguish a happy and relaxed body from a tense and contracted one. The spine is an emotional organ, so it’s no wonder that our spine, our posture, reflects our emotions. Frequent pains in the neck, lower back, and knees are signs of stress. Stress accumulates in muscles, fasciae, tendons. Therefore, regular massages or treatments like Bowen or Feldenkrais can be greatly helpful. When stress lasts for a long time, the spine suffers (and this is visible!), and after a while, changes occur in the glands with internal secretion located along the spine. These glands produce hormones, so if their function is compromised, hormone secretion is compromised. We can conclude that illness comes from stress; we feel it in our bodies on the spine and muscles, and when hormones are disrupted, symptoms, diseases, diagnoses occur.
Can diet affect health, and if so, how?
Imagine your body as a pool in which all our cells are immersed; then you’ll understand the importance of the water quality in which these cells swim.
Diet defines the quality of that water. You can take medications, but the water quality determines the success of therapy or health maintenance. One aspect of the water quality in which our cells swim is the aspect of alkaline and acidic.
The body needs an alkaline-acidic balance, and for that, a 66% alkaline diet is necessary.
I recommend an excellent book “The Original Mayr cuisine” with alkaline kitchen recipes from a clinic in Austria where I occasionally work.
Stress is considered a major enemy of health. How does it affect our body and how can it be alleviated?
We feel stress on our body as a pounding heart, clenched jaw, skin rash, allergies, high blood pressure, dizziness, weakened bones, chest tightness, burning in the stomach, frequent urination, migraines, weight gain, especially around the waist…
As you can see, stress symptoms manifest on the body. Moreover, if stress persists, a person feels like a loser, their healthy ego weakens, and they lack the strength to take steps towards their desires.
I can only say that it’s possible to live without stress. Primarily, you need to surround yourself with the right people who love and support you.
It’s up to you to decide who you will choose to surround you.
What is the role of emotions in life?
Emotions are intertwined with the external world and show us where safe zones are, and where we need to be alert and cautious.
Safety is beautiful, and within it, we progress as emotional, kind, gentle human beings.
However, we also need a bit of insecurity to step out of our comfort zone and gather the courage to pursue our dreams.
Emotions show us if we’re on the right path. Emotions don’t lie.
