Digestion determines whether we will be healthy, and food plays a secondary role, although we often attribute it too much importance.
Are you eating healthy?
Are you obsessed with the quality of food?
Are you swallowing vitamins and minerals?
But what if all of that is passing through you?
What if your digestion isn’t functioning properly?
Signs of Healthy Digestion
Let’s be clear – regular bowel movements do not necessarily mean healthy digestion.
The shape of your abdomen, among other things, tells us about the health of your digestion and your method of treatment.
Furthermore, the shape of your stool and its smell also indicate the health of your digestion. If you are healthy, you don’t need toilet paper.
Disrupted Digestion
Disrupted digestion means you already have symptoms of a certain disease (inflamed intestines, for example, can press on the ovaries and transmit inflammation to them).
The problem arises if you experience abdominal pain, irregular stools, flatulence, burping, foul-smelling stools, a bloated abdomen, or energy fluctuations before and after meals.
These are all signs of stress.
Signs of Stress
If you are stressed, your body needs more potassium, magnesium, and calcium.
That’s why anti-stress therapies focus on replenishing them. A lack of potassium manifests as muscle weakness, magnesium deficiency as nervousness and neck and shoulder cramps, and calcium deficiency affects the health of your hair, nails, teeth, and can lead to hair loss.
Substances like alcohol, coffee, laxatives, diuretics, anti-rheumatics, and antihypertensives can cause mineral deficiencies.
Sugar and sweets, excessive fruit, and bread are known as “mineral thieves.” Moreover, they cause fermentation, damage the intestines, and acidify the body.
Alkalizing the body
Minerals, in addition to their roles in metabolism, act as alkalizers in the body. So, their deficiency leads to increased acidity.
Increased acidity is one of the most important things to address in any health disorder.
Health and beauty
Increased acidity is best addressed with a balanced alkaline diet.
The sooner, the better.
Because diseased intestines lead to premature aging and an unattractive appearance!
Treatment of the intestines and proper detoxification is also reflected in the skin, which becomes cleaner, more radiant, and tighter.
By investing in your health, you invest in your beauty. Equally important, investing in your beauty reduces stress. How?
