Parasites

As the word itself suggests, parasites live off us, taking nutrients to survive, draining our energy to stay alive. Without a host to feed on, they would perish and vanish. Through the bloodstream, they release their toxins, giving us signals about what they need for a comfortable life, to grow, to thrive, all at our expense. That’s why we sometimes crave sweets or certain specific foods; it’s necessary for our parasites, not us. The question that arises is, “Do we need to eat what our body craves for?” This question can be answered positively only if we know that we are in perfect health.

Only a healthy body gives healthy signals. A healthy body never craves sweets excessively. Our organism is capable of synthesizing sugars from proteins and fats, and we are never at risk of running out of sugar. Except in extreme situations, which are rare.

Parasites primarily settle in our intestines because that’s where the restaurant with a large selection is located. In extreme and potentially life-threatening cases, parasitosis can spread to the liver, brain, and more. Parasitic infections are most common in developing countries, but in recent decades, as our diets have become less nutritious, they have become more common in the West. According to some studies, 80% of the population in the United States suffers from intestinal parasites. Of course, when the intestines are not clean, and the intestinal mucosa is damaged, this is an excellent environment for these little creatures. By the way, they can grow up to several kilograms. Parasites cause fatigue, weakness, depression, anemia, insomnia, nervousness, bloating, gas, allergies, asthma, hepatitis, heart disease, anorexia, thinness, headaches, arthritis, cancer… They steal vitamins and nutrients and release toxins. They can be treated with an anti-candida diet, an anti-parasitic diet, an anti-parasitic program, liver cleansing, a zapper, citrofit, oregano preparations, parsley tea, nettle tea… First of all, it is necessary to test for parasites, starting with the simplest tests that you can do at home and, if necessary, in a laboratory. Your doctor will determine which parasites need to be tested and from which medium.
