Jogging yoga – ideal exercise for everyone

So, I recently conceived and created a new workout routine: JOGGING YOGA by Meri Bura.

It’s a perfect combination of aerobic training, stretching, and breathing exercises.
The result: a strong body and relaxed thoughts.
