If you are healthy, you don’t need toilet paper.

Disrupted Digestion
Disrupted digestion means you already have symptoms of a certain disease (inflamed intestines, for example, can press on the ovaries and transmit inflammation to them).
The problem arises if you experience abdominal pain, irregular stools, flatulence, burping, foul-smelling stools, a bloated abdomen, or energy fluctuations before and after meals.
These are all signs of stress.

Signs of Stress

If you are stressed, your body needs more potassium, magnesium, and calcium.
That’s why anti-stress therapies focus on replenishing them. So, their deficiency leads to increased acidity.
Increased acidity is one of the most important things to address in any health disorder.

Health and beauty

Increased acidity is best addressed with a balanced alkaline diet.
The sooner, the better.
Because diseased intestines lead to premature aging and an unattractive appearance!

Treatment of the intestines and proper detoxification is also reflected in the skin, which becomes cleaner, more radiant, and tighter.
By investing in your health, you invest in your beauty.
