If you eat more, fructose cannot be absorbed, leading to fermentation in the colon. It&#8217;s essential to maintain a diet within the range of 20-30g for proper hygiene.<br \/>\nYou can stimulate the absorption of fructose by adding pure glucose, pure sugar.
