That&#8217;s not happening either.<br \/>\nYou want to always have a nice hairstyle? Not happening.<br \/>\nHow to change habits?<br \/>\nThe best way is indirectly.<\/p>\n<p>In homeopathy, there&#8217;s a rule \u2013 like is treated with like.<br \/>\nSo.<\/p>\n<p>Find someone who smokes more than you, who smokes worse cigarettes than you, who has been smoking longer than you, who is sicker than you.<\/p>\n<p>Hang out with that person.<br \/>\nI guarantee you&#8217;ll soon stop hanging out with that person, or you&#8217;ll stop smoking.<br \/>\nSomething will happen either way.<br \/>\nIf you want to quit smoking, keep hanging out with that person.<br \/>\nBecause that&#8217;s the remedy.<\/p>\n<p>Or find someone who is heavier than you, who eats more than you, who has been on diets longer than you, who is more desperate than you, hang out with them.<br \/>\nYou&#8217;ll cure your lack of motivation at least a bit and you&#8217;ll do something.<\/p>\n<p>This is called energy therapy.<br \/>\nThat&#8217;s how homeopathy works, but this is just on another level.<\/p>\n<p>But I have a better suggestion for energy therapy.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, a better approach excludes the lazy ones.<br \/>\nIt excludes those who don&#8217;t want to move in any way, not even energetically.<\/p>\n<p>Neither in mind, nor in body, nor out of their own house.<br \/>\nTheir intestines don&#8217;t move either, they know that.<\/p>\n<p>Engineer and physician Daniel Wolpert said that the only reason for having a brain is movement (one of his experiments&#8230; there&#8217;s a little creature that looks for the perfect place to settle, and when it finds it, the first thing it does is eat its brain!).<br \/>\nSo, we need a brain to decide where we&#8217;re going to move.<\/p>\n<p>The brain decides what it craves, what it desires, what it moves toward, and the muscles lead us there.<br \/>\nBut thinking without movement leads to madness, depression, anxiety&#8230; like the lack of movement in the intestines, which leads to constipation, flatulence, fears&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>But here&#8217;s the other side of the coin.<\/p>\n<p>You can hang out with those worse off than you, to gain a clearer insight into your behavior. This gives you a chance to improve.<\/p>\n<p>However, you can surround yourself with people who are better than you, who don&#8217;t smoke, who don&#8217;t gorge themselves and hide from themselves when they enter a bakery&#8230;<br \/>\nSurround yourself with those who have higher standards than you do, let their energy carry you if you can&#8217;t take the first step on your own right now.<\/p>\n<p>And don&#8217;t be afraid to fall a few times.<\/p>\n<p>Falls are rewards for attempts.<\/p>\n<p>They boost the ego.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is the first step towards change that isn&#8217;t drastic?
